Domestic Accounts Executive

USM Business Systems is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to source, interview, qualify, conduct negotiations, and submit best in class IT candidates for our Direct Clients .  The position will require collaborating with management in Recruiting and Business Development to finalize candidate selections.  If selected, you will be required to work on US Eastern Standard Time.

Requirements

• Preparation and Filing of:
• -Monthly GST Returns
• -Quarterly TDS/TCS Returns
• -Yearly GST 9 & 9C Returns
• -GST 2A Reconciliations.
• -Income Tax Returns.
• Reconciling all Income Tax and GST returns data.
• Making required Month-End or Year-End Provisions for every account for Finalization.
• Detection and Rectification of errors/anomalies in data.
• Clearing all Suspense (i.e. Account Transactions in which purpose/person is not clear or defined).
• Maintaining Command over Accounts belonging to different industries and explaining the same to the internal team as and when required.
• Preparation of Validation and MIS reports, Yield Statements, etc.
• Verification and Audit of Accounts with Source Documents and in Compliance with IT Rules
